Change of Object of the Company

With the change in priorities, a company can seek to change its main object. If the Company is willing to change its business activity then The company can alter its main objects by passing Special Resolution at General Meeting, subject to compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and approval from ROCs. The company must change its name also to bring it in conformity with the main objects if there is any change in business activities.
